How Schrock Buildings Started

The Inspiration for Schrock Buildings started in 2020 during COVID with a simple idea: build backyard offices and bunk houses for people needing extra space. But pretty quickly, folks wanted more—they wanted cabins, and then full-time homes.

That’s when we ran into codes and red tape. So we pivoted. By putting our cabins on wheels, we made it possible for anyone to have a tiny home with plumbing, legally, almost anywhere in the U.S.

What started as a small idea has grown into helping people find freedom, comfort, and a peaceful place of their own.
